Aesthetic treatments purchased online are performed at Ebeling Beauty's premises

All trainings purchased online will be held in Kalasatama, at Ebeling Beauty's premises.
Prices include VAT (25.5%).
We reserve the right to make price changes.
The customer agrees to comply with the laws, regulations and rules set for electronic commerce. When placing an order, the customer must provide his/her name and contact details. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Communication between the client and the Company is via e-mail([email protected]) and telephone(010 323 3964). The customer will monitor his means of communication. The means of communication are the e-mail and telephone entered in the online shop.
Any irregularities are reported to the authority.
The company's liability for the provision of services is limited to the cancellation of the transaction and the return of the money paid by the customer.
SUBSCRIBE
Ordering from the online shop is done by adding the desired service or training to your shopping cart. A number is set for the service/training and it is added to the shopping cart. Before placing an order, the customer can view and remove services/training from the shopping cart or cancel the entire order.
Services or training are purchased by proceeding through the shopping cart as instructed and entering the requested information at each point.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Before placing an order, the customer must read the current order and payment conditions.
Processing your order
Online purchases are processed Mon-Fri within 48 hours of the order. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next two working days.
We are not liable for any delays or indirect damage caused by delays beyond our control.
There are no separate deliveries, but the appointment is booked separately either by phone or electronically. The service is carried out at the premises of Ebeling Beauty at the following address

When you arrive, please take your order confirmation with you. You can also view the order confirmation on your mobile phone. The order confirmation will serve as a means of payment at the checkout.

If you purchase a standard-priced aesthetic treatment from the online shop, your purchase will be valid for one calendar year. Book now for the service you have purchased within one year of your purchase.
Promotionally priced service purchases may have a shorter lifetime than one year.
Exchange and cancellation conditions
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or cancel all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of your order. The money will be returned to the same place where the order was paid for.
If the paid treatment cannot be carried out, the money will be refunded. The place of refund (e.g. payment card, credit card company) is always the same as the place where the payment was made.
Please always contact us first by email [email protected]. This will enable us to process your cancellation quickly.
When you cancel your purchase, please send us the following information:

- your contact details
- a copy or screenshot of the order confirmation
INFORMATION ON PAYMENT
All online purchases are paid through the Paytrail payment gateway.
Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. Paytrail has a payment institution licence issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is operated by Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the Nets family.
The Paytrail payment service will forward your payment to Ebeling Beauty. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Paytrail Plc, your payment has been successfully forwarded to us.
The online shop acts as a marketer of services and as a provider of services to the customer. The online shop takes care of the legal obligations related to the transaction and other obligations it determines itself. If you wish to make a complaint or cancel your purchase, you should contact the Company directly ([email protected]).
Paytrail
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In the event of a complaint, Paytrail asks you to contact the owner of the online shop, in this case Ebeling Beauty, in the first instance.

ONLINE BANKING, CARD AND MOBILE PAYMENTS
ONLINE BANK PAYMENTS
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks, either based on the eBanking interfaces provided by the banks or based on the open banking interfaces. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpank, Osuuspank, POP-pank, Säästöpank, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear on your statement as the payee. Paytrail will forward your payment to Ebeling Kauneute. From the online shop, you will be redirected directly to your bank to make the payment securely.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards. The online shop uses the international Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to us. The card payment is made securely using a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.
MOBILE PAYMENTS
Mobile payment methods MobilePay and Transfer are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases as a transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting a payment in that app.
