Full-face filler treatment refreshes the look
The popularity of filler treatments has increased over the last decade. Most filler treatments are performed on the lips. The filling of nasolabial folds, cheeks or tear troughs is also quite well known. The use of fillers to reshape individual facial features is therefore a familiar oatmeal for Finns. Full-face filler treatments, on the other hand, are still relatively unknown.
In a full-face procedure, the face is examined as a whole. During the treatment, 4-10 millilitres are applied to a variety of treatment areas: cheeks, jawline, chin, nose, temples, sometimes even the forehead. The treatment is not always carried out in a single visit, but in stages, for example over the course of a year: the first treatment is for the midface, the next for the lower face, and so on.
Full-face filler treatment may be complemented by an aesthetic full-face botulinum treatment. This type of procedure is sometimes referred to as a liquid facelift.
Every full-face filler treatment is different
Full-face filler treatment is tailored to each client individually.
Often - but not always - the treatment targets the following areas of the face:
- lips
- frown lines
- temples
- nose
- eyebrows
- Dermal fillers Helsinki Tear through filler
- jawline
- Dermal fillers Helsinki
- cheeks
The goal of the treatment is not to emphasize or reshape individual facial features but to restore lost volume, smooth the skin, and add subtle roundness to areas affected by aging. By distributing the filler evenly across the face, the overall appearance is naturally refreshed without any single area looking distinctly "treated" or altered. Skin quality improves, facial contours become firmer and gently lifted, and the result is a well-rested, rejuvenated look.
The following picture is an example of a typical full-face filler treatment, which can also be carried out gradually (e.g. in the order mid-face - upper face - lower face).
